Tao and the elements is a week at the feet of the Pyrenees and the start of the route the compostella. We will train in the morning at the seaside and we´ll have every day a beautiful walk. In the afternoon we'll work every day on one of the 5 elements at the sea site, under the cyprus trees, on the vulcano under the chi heaven. In the evening we will do different Tao meditations and the 5 healing sounds. The last evening we add to the healing sounds the EMDR movement with the eyes according to Master Mantak Chia´s lessons. We have a beautiful and great cook. She will cook for us 3 times a day vegetarian. The houses are very luxiorious. See the movies on my site.
